Great Finance & Sales Support, but Rigid Management I recently purchased a 2026 Grand Highlander Hybrid AWD Limited here. While it is too early to review the vehicle, I want to highlight my experience with the dealership staff. The Highlights: * Monsour Alina (Sales Consultant): Monsour stepped in to close my deal and went above and beyond. He stayed late to ensure a smooth delivery. When the service department closed without removing the factory crossbars, Monsour physically stepped in and removed them himself so I could take the car home. * Jeff Renwick (Finance Consultant): Having bought 10+ cars in the U.S., I’ve never met a finance manager who didn’t push unwanted add-ons. Jeff was entirely pressure-free. When I voluntarily bought an extended warranty and realized it missed maintenance coverage my wife needed, Jeff quickly updated the package seamlessly. Areas for Improvement: * Pre-Order Guidance: I initially pre-booked an XLE, but later found out it lacks a backup beep safety feature—a personal requirement for all my vehicles. Upgrading to the Limited trim cost an extra $7,000. I wish the sales staff had proactively explained these trim differences during booking. * Delivery Coordination: Internet Manager Ezmeralda Cortes was highly rigid. Knowing my 70-mile commute on a workday, she still gave me a strict 24-hour ultimatum to pick up the car or risk it being released. Furthermore, she mentioned the crossbars would be removed when I signed the contract to pick up the vehicle, but failed to coordinate with service before she clocked out, leaving Monsour to fix the oversight. * Detailing: The detailing was subpar. The windows still had heavy factory sticker glue residue. Monsour tried his best to scrape it off at delivery (not gone yet), but it should have been caught by the detailing bay. I am hesitant to entrust my recently purchased automobile to a car wash service other than the one that provided the detailing service. Verdict: Monsour and Jeff saved the day and turned a stressful pickup into a successful delivery. Highly recommend working with them!

If you are looking for a place for your Toyota car maintenance, this is the best place for me to look for. Every time I brought my car here they always exceeds my expectation. Darren of service department was very helpful and he even explained it to me everything what should be done to my car before and after.
