Ask for SYED! Great experience. The employees were very accommodating. I have done a lot of shopping around. The prices are much lower than other dealerships even on standard sticker prices. They actually had the exact v hicke I was looking for after checking at 5 different dealerships.

I recently took my car to Hammer Town Toyota for routine maintenance and brought up a concern with the service manager. He reassured me that I could bring my vehicle in and that he would make sure my concern was addressed. When I arrived, he spoke with me personally and let me know he would also be involved in working with my vehicle. After the inspection, my concern was addressed. Karla took the time to explain the issue with my car, showed me photos, and answered all of my questions. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Overall, I am very happy with the outcome. Although the repair was not covered under warranty, Danny was able to waive the repair fee, which I truly appreciated. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, and his willingness to help turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. Thank you to Danny and Karla for your professionalism and outstanding service.

One of the men at Toyota Town of Stockton recommended that I order the parts to be shipped to Stockton's location because then I could get the discount that was being offered. I did that and saved over 200$. I appreciated his help. The online website is easier to navigate if you put in your VIN number as you're searching for parts.

I tried working with a lot of dealers and I really struggle with the standard sales tactics. I found Toyota Stockton through Costco and the online communication was very straightforward and their numbers always lined up and their website inventory matched and was up-to-date. It was the ONLY dealer I worked with who felt like they had their act together and were open and straightforward with the numbers they provided. And this was just the online stuff. When I finally went in person to purchase the car everyone was very very nice, no up-sale attempts at all, it was just a straightforward transaction to get exactly the car I wanted. I would definitely recommend to anyone (and already have!).

I recently bought a 26' Camry from Toyota Town. I really appreciated how helpful Randy was in helping us find the right Camry. Randy was informative, but did not rush us into a decision.
