Once the vehicle arrived, the entire process was smooth and efficient. Randy, his manager, and the finance team were respectful and helpful, and they answered all my questions. I also appreciate that there was no pressure to buy add-ons, stress-free discussion, and the paperwork and transaction was completed surprisingly fast unlike my previous experience at other dealers in past .
