The deal went smoothly and (relatively) quickly. We found our vehicle online and made arrangements with Esmeralda to reserve it. The next day she and Simranjit had the car cleaned and ready for us. Test drive, started the deal, and walked out with a new car... all smooth and easy. Everyone there was nice and easy to work with. No stress experience. Would recommend.

Great people and seevice workers. I had a hybrid system malfunction on my wife's new rafv4. I had to tell it to the dealership, and the service technician.Not only fixed that issue but found another issue.I didn't even spot and took care of that. The only issue I have with this dealership and I left it as a review.Last time is that they don't offer shuttle service. Toyota Town of Stockton is a great place to buy a Toyota or get it serviced. I bought a car and truck from them and have never had any issues. My 2007 matrix is still going strong with 192,000 miles on it! The service department is great too. Wait time is usually shorter than what they say. Also, I have never had any problems after service has been completed. The sales people and service workers are very helpful and friendly! I highly recommend you buy your next vehicle at Toyota Town of Stockton!

One of the men at Toyota Town of Stockton recommended that I order the parts to be shipped to Stockton's location because then I could get the discount that was being offered. I did that and saved over 200$. I appreciated his help. The online website is easier to navigate if you put in your VIN number as you're searching for parts.
I tried working with a lot of dealers and I really struggle with the standard sales tactics. I found Toyota Stockton through Costco and the online communication was very straightforward and their numbers always lined up and their website inventory matched and was up-to-date.
