Great communication and great service department, would recommend, I've been servicing all my vehicles here for years.
The actual oil change was good. The part that needs a major improvement is not greeting or welcoming customers who walk in the door at the service area. No one greets you to see if they can help you. They see you, you see them, eye contact is made but no one behind their desks greets or asks how you may be helped. A simple, "Welcome. We'll be with you shortly." goes a long way. My experience with Tung Luong at Toyota Town was exceptional. I normally hate the car-buying process, but Tung was supportive and actually listened to my concerns. There was no high-pressure push to purchase anything that I didn’t need, and Tung took the time to explain all the high-tech capabilities of my new RAV4 (my previous car was a 17 year old Prius).
