It’s surprising and breaks every cliché, but we really enjoyed purchasing our new car from Toyota Town. From the very beginning, they honored the internet price without trying to add any extras. When it came time to close, they mentioned the extended warranty, but there was absolutely no pressure to buy it.

Buying vehicle from these dealer is really good as i bought 4 vehicle here. But the service here and service integrity is really bad. Toyota innovation is there but realiability and integrity is very questionable. I bought 2025 sienna here but i should have bought odysey or carnival or pacifica.(cheaper) and 2025 tundra but i should have bought ram2500. Edit: sales and finance= top notch. I had questions and the finance is really fast to response. Specially the director Nick. Service= 2star.

no one is perfect. there is always room for improvement. one thing the mechanics need to learn is to turn the headlights back to auto. it makes it difficult to see at night without headlights. also return the driver's seat to the position it was when the vehicle was brought in.
I took my car in for its first service. Daren was great. No complaints here. My car was ready in the time frame he told me. The front desk lady explained to me everything that was done during the service which was nice.
Karla was very helpful got me situated for an oil change without an appointment. The wait time was not bad. My only complaint is that fluids was not topped off wiper fluid was empty and coolant was 1 inch below the max line. Little details like this makes me feel like the oil was not even changed. Did not completely remove the service sticker on my windshield. Left sticker residue and put the new service sticker on top of it. Usually service has been great but this time was somewhat disappointing. Whoever serviced my car needs to be talked to.
